Vibrant Health ....... or WHAT?

By the time you finish reading this article you will want to be full of vibrant energy like the ‘Tap Dogs’ guys.

Let me share with you my excitement! I just arrived home after watching the show Tap Dogs. Now, if ever I’ve seen vibrant health, I’ve seen it tonight. Six guys bashing it out at neck breaking speed for ninety minutes solid without a half time break! Imagine that kind of vibrant energy. Where do they get it from? What is really going on?

The truth of the matter is not one of them missed a beat or forgot their next step. 

It was quite obvious that there was no room for sadness, hopelessness, lack of focus, depression or dementia which is the opposite of vibrant health.

Any expert will agree that none of them can possibly suffer from toxin or inflammation in their bodies or that they could possibly be nutritionally depleted causing them to have leaky guts or hormonal imbalances. 

FACT! Their blood cells were pumping high levels of vibrant energy. There were no signs of stress or fatigue. Face it; the exact opposite. They were having vibrant FUN! They were VIBRANT and ALIVE!

The key to this is a balanced life and an understanding of the body-mind connection which will allow you to meet all of life’s challenges head on without collapsing in a heap of stress and anxiety, anger, violence, depression or health problems. 

The wonder of the body-mind connection continues to amaze me in its perfection as one interacting, interlocking, networking system and its intelligence to heal;  given the appropriate support. 

The body can heal the mind and the mind can heal the body. What you do to one has enormous impact on the other. Your thoughts, beliefs and attitudes, traumas and life experiences directly influence your biology.

We know that stress has a major impact on your health. A large percentage of illnesses are worsened by stress.

You already know about this body-mind connection. Think about the last time you felt irritable, anxious or even had a panic attack ... you reached for a glass of wine, piece of chocolate or a muffin - yes? - and right away you felt better. Now think about it again - the reason for feeling jittery was because your blood sugar was plummeting and when that happens your body is programmed to respond as though it is a life threatening emergency. 

This is just the tip of the iceberg. Some people will start medication for panic attacks or depression without considering that the body can heal the mind - given the appropriate support.

Overeating and irregular-grab-and-go-fast-foods is a prevalent practice in modern day living. The average person eats more food including junk food than his/her body can reasonably digest. This practice negatively affects the natural aerobic (good) bacteria in the body and in turn the blood cells. 

The main function of the blood cells is to distribute oxygen and nutrients to the body. With our poor eating habits our blood cells act mainly as the body’s waste removal system. Instead of supplying the body with oxygen, the blood cells must get rid of the waste first and GUESS where the waste ends up? Yes, correct! It stores it in your body and then you wonder how the guys from TAP DOGS does it while your body is sluggish, full of inflammation, early aging, poor sex performance, dis-eased, heart palpitations - go on, you know how you are feeling.
